Who owns my website and design?
Upon final payment for the job you own the site it's content and the design. We will hold no rights whatsoever to your design and content unlike some other companies. Whoever you choose for your website make sure you own the design, content and domain name.
The only time there may be content you do not own the full rights to might be stock photography used to design your site, if photographs have not been provided at the time of building the site. In this case these images must not be re-distributed or incorporated into other material without first purchasing the appropriate usage rights.
